Welcome to Go Translate ("we," "our," or "us"). This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Go Translate mobile application (the "App") on iOS devices, including all features, updates, and related services we provide. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Go Translate, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms herein, you should not access or use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Go Translate. It applies to all users of the App. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) and that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy.
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you also agree to the processing of your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and have the rights afforded to you therein.

2. Description of Services

Go Translate provides real-time language translation services via text, voice, and image (OCR) inputs. The App supports various languages and may integrate with third-party APIs (e.g., Apple, Google, or Microsoft) to perform translation functions.
We may update, enhance, or modify the App at any time without prior notice.

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to download, install, and use Go Translate for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement and the App Store Terms of Service.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App;
• Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or third-party rights;
• Reproduce or distribute any part of the App without our express permission;
• Use the App to create or promote misleading, illegal, or harmful content.

4. User Obligations

You agree to use the App responsibly and lawfully. You shall:

• Not upload any harmful, unlawful, or offensive content;
• Not interfere with the operation or security of the App;
• Not attempt unauthorized access to any part of the App or its services;
• Comply with all local, national, and international laws and regulations.

You are solely responsible for the content you input into the App (e.g., text or voice). Do not use the App to translate sensitive or personal data unless you have full rights to do so.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our full Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how it’s used, and your rights under GDPR and Apple policies.

Key privacy practices include:

• We do not permanently store user translation input.
• Voice and image data are processed in real-time and not linked to personally identifiable information.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

By using Go Translate, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to content, design, trademarks, logos, source code, and databases, are owned by or licensed to Go Translate.
You agree not to reproduce, copy, alter, or commercially exploit any content from the App without our prior written consent.

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Go Translate may offer optional premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions via the Apple App Store.

• All billing is managed through your Apple ID account.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple device settings.

We do not issue refunds for in-app purchases. Please refer to Apple’s App Store refund policies for more information.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice or liability, if we believe you have violated this Agreement or applicable laws.
Upon termination, the license granted to you will immediately cease, and you must stop all use of the App and delete it from your device.

9. User-Generated Content

If the App allows user submissions, such as feedback or comments, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purposes of improving and maintaining the App.

You warrant that:

• You have the right to submit such content;
• The content does not infringe any third-party rights;
• The content is not offensive, illegal, or harmful.

We reserve the right to remove or reject any user-generated content at our discretion.

10. Third-Party Services

Go Translate may integrate with third-party services such as:

• Apple’s Voice Recognition APIs
• Google Translate or Microsoft Translator
• Firebase for analytics and crash reporting

Use of these services is subject to the privacy and usage terms of the respective providers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or reliability of third-party APIs.

11. Disclaimers

Go Translate is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will function uninterrupted or error-free;
• The translation output will be 100% accurate;
• The App will be secure from all possible threats.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App;
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities;
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or stored data.

If liability is found, it will be limited to the amount paid by you, if any, to use the App.

13. Your Rights Under GDPR (for EEA Residents)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you are entitled to the following rights:

• Right to access your data;
• Right to correct or delete your data;
• Right to restrict or object to data processing;
• Right to data portability;
• Right to withdraw consent at any time.

14. Changes to This Agreement

We may update or modify this Agreement from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. If significant changes are made, we will notify you via the App or App Store.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App is operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If you reside in the European Union, you may also have protections under local consumer protection laws.
